The Surpass PSDX pneumatic diaphragm valve is specifically designed for applications requiring accurate and repeatable flow control in chemically demanding environments. All wetted components are manufactured from corrosion-resistant PTFE, providing excellent chemical compatibility and long-term reliability.

The actuator section is constructed from PVDF, offering enhanced durability and suitability for use with aggressive process media. For precise flow regulation, the PSDX features a differential screw adjustment mechanism that allows for exceptionally fine flow adjustments, enabling accurate control of process conditions and improved operational consistency.
