The WHS-O4-RSP200 is a motorized, semi-automatic pod opener designed for the secure and efficient handling of RSP200 reticle SMIF pods. As a motorized upgrade to the WHS-O3 manual opener, the WHS-O4 simplifies pod handling with a push-button control system, allowing operators to unlock and close pod lids effortlessly.
