The Surpass PSD pneumatic diaphragm valve is designed for demanding chemical and high-purity applications where reliability and corrosion resistance are essential. All wetted components are manufactured from PTFE, providing outstanding resistance to aggressive chemicals and ensuring long-term operational durability.

To minimize the effects of gas permeation, the actuator section is constructed from PVDF, enhancing performance and service life in challenging process environments. The valve features a proprietary design with optimized flow channels and a simplified internal structure, contributing to efficient flow characteristics and dependable operation.

For added convenience, a visual position indicator is included as standard, allowing operators to quickly verify the valve’s operating status at a glance.
