This pen-type ionizer sprays ions generated by high frequency with air or nitrogen onto the surfaces of silicon wafers and glass masks, quickly and effectively removing fine particles attracted by static charge. With ion generation and air control switches conveniently built into the pen grip, the device offers improved operability and precise, pinpoint static neutralization and dust removal.
