Tube to Tube fittings is designed to provide strong, precise, and leak-free connections between tubing in fluid and pneumatic systems. Engineered for reliability and ease of installation, these fittings ensure secure tube alignment while maintaining optimal flow performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
The range includes union connectors, union elbows, and union tees, allowing for straight connections, directional changes, and line branching. To accommodate different tube sizes, reducing union connectors, reducing union elbows, and reducing union tees offer seamless transitions without compromising strength or sealing integrity.
Manufactured with high-quality materials and precise tolerances, Tube to Tube fittings deliver durability, flexibility, and long-term performance.

Benefits
- Five-layer sealing structure of slide press-fit type
- Lock function to prevent nut loosening with respect to fine vibrations
- Compact design
- Easily identify Metric (blue) and Inch (red) fitting by color
- Improved functionality against PFA tube slippage
- No gauge required with the confirmation of the rock gauge groove
- No eye marking required with the confirmation of the rock gauge groove
- Designed to reduce tightening torque with respect to nut fastening

Sealing
The first sealing is achieved through the force generated by tightening the nut. The second sealing is created by adding grooves to the sleeve’s tapered surface, which prevent indentation from the groove edges. The third sealing results from the pressure applied to the tapered surface as the nut is tightened. The fourth sealing occurs when the tightening force presses both the body taper and the grooved section of the sleeve taper together. Finally, the fifth sealing is achieved as the sleeve is pushed and pressed into the body groove by the force of the nut tightening.
Lock gauge feature
- Prevention of nut rotation with respect to vibration
- Eye marking not required
