POLOS UC340 Benchtop Ultrasonic Spray Coating System

The POLOS^® UC340 ultrasonic spray coater is a compact benchtop system developed for advanced R&D applications requiring precise and uniform thin film deposition. The system features a high-accuracy XYZ servo motion platform, integrated liquid delivery, and a vacuum heating plate for consistent and repeatable coating results. lt is widely used for thin film coatings on solar cell, fuel cell, glass, stent, balloon catheter and more.

Using advanced ultrasonic spray technology, the UC340 produces highly uniform nano-scale coatings with excellent thickness control. It can be configured with up to two ultrasonic nozzles, enabling either multi-liquid processing or increased throughput.

With a material usage rate exceeding 95%, the UC340 significantly reduces photoresist consumption compared to conventional coating methods, helping to lower costs and improve process efficiency.

Intuitive software controls and a wide range of ultrasonic nozzles and options make it easy to tailor the system to specific process requirements.
