MPT series high-purity PFA pressure sensor

The Malema MPT Series High Purity PFA Pressure Sensor combines pressure and temperature measurement in a single compact device, providing accurate monitoring for demanding semiconductor processes. By integrating both functions, it helps support safe operation, consistent performance, and precise process control.

The series is available in two models: the MPT-750, featuring a cable connection, and the MPT-751, equipped with a Hirose connector. Both versions can be supplied in either a single-port or flow-through configuration and offer a standard pressure output with the option of an additional analog temperature output.
