esPRO’s MBC-series multi-media depth filter cartridges are engineered for advanced filtration performance, offering both high-temperature and high-pressure resistance. These depth filters are constructed from a combination of bi-component fibers, providing robust and reliable filtration in challenging environments.

 The MBCF model includes a layer of hydrophilic PTFE, delivering an absolute filtration efficiency of 0.1 μm, particularly suited for ultra-fine filtration in processes involving water-based fluids.

Constructed with PP+PE as the core filtration media, these filters benefit from the enhanced capabilities provided by the additional layers of glass fiber or PTFE. With a maximum working temperature of 80ºC and a maximum operating differential pressure of 0.48 MPa at 25ºC, the MBC-series filters are designed to perform reliably in high-demand industrial applications.
