Insulation disc ALF G2

Temperature stability plays an important part in manufacturing processes and is the key to good quality control. Hiltex discs have excellent dimensional stability, even at temperatures up to 1300˚C, and also exhibit good resistance to thermal shocks (CTE: 0.54 ppm/˚C).

ALF G2 Type – Alumina/Silica ratio 60/40%

ALF G2 type has excellent flexibility and softness due to containing 40% of Silica.  HILTEX ALF G2 type can continuously resist temperatures up to 1200°C.
