HFx series - Cartridge Filters

esPRO’s HF Series High Flow Wafer Filter Cartridges are designed for industrial applications requiring efficient filtration and high flow rates. Constructed with dual media consisting of polypropylene fiber and glass fiber, these filters offer exceptional contaminant retention and durability in demanding environments. Available in 152 mm (6") and 165 mm (6.5") diameters with lengths of 40 inches, the HF series provides robust filtration performance, making it ideal for high-capacity systems.

The HFP/HFPH series features a handle and utilizes an inside-to-outside flow pattern, supporting flow rates of up to 70 m³/h per 40" cartridge. The HFM/HFMH series employs a single open-ended design with an outside-to-inside flow pattern, and with its larger 165 mm (6.5") diameter, it achieves flow rates of up to 80 m³/h. Additionally, the HFH/HFHH series, also featuring a single open-ended design and an outside-to-inside flow pattern, provides flow rates of up to 70 m³/h with its 152 mm (6") diameter.

These high-flow cartridges are capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 80ºC and withstand a maximum differential pressure of 0.3 MPa at 60ºC, making them well-suited for demanding industrial filtration processes. The combination of PP and glass fiber media ensures reliable filtration with excellent contaminant retention and a long service life.
