CPFM-8803-1 Coriolis Mass Flow Meters
The CPFM-8803-1 by Malema Sensors® is a mass flow meter utilizing the Coriolis principle. This type is specifically designed for high-purity applications, these mass flow meters feature a fluid path constructed entirely from PFA (Perfluoro alkoxy) polymeric material. With a measurement range value of 50 up to 1500 g/min and a Zero Offset Stability (Z.O.S) of 2 g/min this mass flow meter is a high-purity flow meter. It is available in two process tube connections 1/4” or 3/8”.
*Models 8808-1 and 8808-2 are also available in PEEK wetted parts.
Features
- Fluid measurement performance is independent of fluid properties – eliminating the need to calibrate on different fluids
- Accuracy unaffected by flow regime (e.g. laminar or turbulent flow) or variations in flow velocity profile
- Sensors operate and measure in two- phase flow conditions with gas volumetric void fractions in excess of 30%
Applications:
- Highly corrosive chemicals: Corrosive chemicals pose dangers, eroding materials and necessitating careful handling and specialized containment measures.
- CMP Slurries or solutions containing solid contents and/or bubbles: CMP slurries require precise flow measurement, necessitating specialized flow meters for accurate monitoring and control.
- Pure water or ultra high purity chemicals: Ultra high purity chemicals demand precise monitoring, necessitating specialized flow meters for accurate measurement and control.
- Fluids with varying density or viscosity: Flow meters tailored for fluids with fluctuating density or viscosity ensure accurate measurement and control.
