esPRO’s PF1 and HPF1-series PTFE membrane filter cartridges are designed to deliver high-performance filtration for both liquid and gas applications. These cartridges feature stable porosity and are 100% integrity tested, ensuring reliable and consistent filtration.

The PF1-series utilizes a hydrophobic PTFE membrane, making it ideal for gas and non-polar liquid filtration. It offers a high flow rate, low pressure drop, wide chemical compatibility, and high temperature resistance. The PF1-series cartridges are engineered for long service life, delivering superior performance in demanding applications.

The HPF1-series, equipped with a hydrophilic PTFE membrane, is designed for aqueous solutions. It provides excellent hydrophilicity, low extractables, and high filtration efficiency. The HPF1 series requires no pre-wetting, allowing for easy dry storage and immediate use in hydrophilic applications.

Both the PF1 and HPF1 filters are constructed with PP (polypropylene) support, end caps, cage, and core, ensuring structural integrity and chemical compatibility across a wide range of environments. These features provide a cost-effective alternative to all-Teflon filters like the PF4 series, without compromising performance when the application allows for polypropylene core construction.
