• Lot integrity checks -  Wafer escalators are used by operators in semiconductor fabs to manually check the IDs of wafers before they undergo the next process. This is part of the lot integrity checks, which help to ensure that the wafers are properly tracked and processed.

The WHS-P2-801 is a 25° angled antistatic table-top wafer presenter tool designed to present the wafer to the operator for wafer ID (laser mark) reading. Performance materials used for abrasion resistance, ESD safety (ground path from the wafer to ground), and good chemical resistance. Compatible with most SEMI standard 25 slot cassettes. This product is factory adjusted for ONLY one cassette type –please specify the cassette when ordering.
