1004R Silicone-Free Blue Adhesive Plastic Film
Silicone Release Agent-free, smooth medium-high tack adhesive film for direct lamination to the wafer backside. Suitable for use in wafer dicing operations. The base film is of PVC with an Acrylic adhesive.
