The horizontal wafer transfer systems are a safe and practical way to mass transfer wafers from cassette to cassette. These economical units are designed to transfer wafers between plastic and/or standard high profile metal cassettes. Chemical resistant materials and manual operation make these units ideal for all applications, including wet areas. ESD-Safe models utilize static dissipative materials to both protect against damage from static electricity and minimize particle attraction. Models are available for 'High Wall' and 'Low Wall' cassette designs.
